1) Requirements
You share application/well conditions or drawings, target dimensions & tolerances, performance objectives, annual volume and lead-time expectations. We deliver a clarification sheet, a substitution cross-reference (vs. imported or incumbent models), and an initial technical route with risk items.

2) Quotation
We issue a standardized quotation pack: material spec, process route, inspection plan, Incoterms, MOQ, payment terms and lead-time commitment. Stocking options and price-lock policy can be provided.

3) Validation
Sampling or pilot lot: dimensional inspection, mechanical tests, corrosion/dissolution validation by temperature & brine window, assembly and functional tests; test report and revision recommendations.

4) Delivery
Mass production scheduling, incoming & in-process QC, packing and marking, shipping documents (COA/COC/batch info). Support split shipments, urgent replenishment and lead-time assurance.

5) Traceability
Full traceability by heat/extrusion batch/machining lot/assembly lot. Audit-ready package, 8D closure, continuous improvement and annual cost-down.
