Supply Scope
- Magnesium alloy rods/bars, machining stock and extrusion profiles (to drawings/specs)
- Dissolvable magnesium alloy materials/rods for downhole dissolvable tools
- Dissolvable bridge plugs (customized by size/interface/conditions)
- Bridge plug setting tools (customized by operation mode and interfaces)
- Packers (project-based customization)
- Sealing components (seal elements, rubber sleeves, O-rings, etc., matched to conditions)
- Magnesium alloy extruded parts + machined parts (drawing-based; rapid prototype to small batches)
Lead Time & Stocking
- Lead time is managed by “ranges + milestones”: sampling, pilot, and mass production timelines are confirmed per project and stated in the quotation pack (PO, scheduling, inspection, shipment).
- Stocking options: safety stock, consignment/stocking programs, or reserved capacity. For common specs we can define safety stock; for project items we can stage semi-finished or critical parts.
- Lead-time commitment as the core: pricing and terms align with delivery SLA, together with payment terms and Incoterms.
Quality & Traceability
Lot control: heat/lot/batch rules across materials, machining, assembly and packing (as required).
Shipment documentation pack: COA/COC, inspection records, packing list, commercial invoice, etc. (per customer/destination requirements).
Corrective loop: FEEDBACK + PROPOSAL mechanism for issue review, CAPA actions and next-step proposal.
Logistics & Delivery Support
Multiple shipping modes: air/sea/express per destination and urgency.
Packaging strategy: moisture protection, impact resistance and clear marking; wooden cases/pallets available as appropriate.
Incoterms: EXW / FOB / CIF, etc. (project-confirmed) with clear responsibility boundaries in the quotation pack.
